Meet the Team Behind BREATHE
BREATHE was born from a deep need I saw during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a mom of three, I witnessed firsthand how difficult it was for my teenage and young adult children to find resources to help them navigate the overwhelming emotions and anxiety brought on by the isolation and uncertainty of those times. Watching them struggle to find the tools they needed, still today, I felt compelled to create something that could offer real, practical support.
With the valuable input of Ray Baskerville, who reviewed and contributed content and crafted the beautiful guided meditations, BREATHE was developed to address those challenges.
I hope BREATHE can help all of us find the peace and clarity that we all deserve .-Kate Simpson (Author)
