About Breathe

The Story

Breathe was written and developed by Kate Simpson, with valuable input from Ray Baskerville, who reviewed and contributed content and crafted its beautiful guided meditations. This journal builds on the work found in 'Take Two: A Journal for New Beginnings,' a guided journal published by Chronicle Books in 2020 and created collaboratively by Kate, Ellen Cady, and Kari Herer. www.taketwojournal.com
